Information we collect
We collect account details, contact information, saved devices, order and application details, institution and expected-graduation information, and support messages that you choose to provide.
For student verification, Jawab stores only the last four characters of the student identifier entered in the form. You may optionally upload student proof through the clearly marked private upload. It is stored in private storage for authorized review and is never published as part of your profile.
Services that process information
Vercel runs the application, Clerk manages identity and sessions, Supabase stores Jawab records, Stripe processes card payments when enabled, and Resend sends transactional email when enabled. Each provider processes information needed to provide its service.

Your choices and consent
Before submitting verification details, you are asked to confirm that you understand this privacy notice. A verification document can be removed separately from My Jawab, and you can update your verification details when they change.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and transaction records only for operational, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal needs. You can remove an uploaded verification document or initiate account deletion from My Jawab. Information we are legally required to keep may be retained for the required period.
